The reward depends on the level of the candidate. Therefore, we will assess the candidate's level at the interview and inform you about the result.

FAQ

If a candidate was contacted by a recruiter, passed some stages of the interview and did not qualify in the past, but now you refer them for a relevant position because of improved skills, then you will receive a reward.
The reward is paid after the successfully passed trial period.
If, when receiving the contact details, the referred candidate is already at any stage of Ajax Systems recruitment or in communication with the recruiter, such a referral is considered unsuccessful.
Yes, the employee referral program is valid for R&D vacancies only: Device department, Systems department, QA department, Automation department.
Anyone can participate, except for Ajax Systems recruiters.
