Security with no compromise on comfort
KeyPad Combi makes controlling the system nearly intuitive. When entering a premise, you simply present a card or key fob to the reader to deactivate the security. But if intruders sneak to your place, they will be deterred by a loud buzzer. Even if they manage to destroy KeyPad Combi, the alarm will not be cancelled. System’s control panel remains hidden, so the intrusion has already been reported to the users and security company.
Keypad and siren in KeyPad Combi comply with Grade 2 according to EN 50131. That means that they are ready to resist experienced intruders with special equipment.

Management
Elaborated simplicity
Arm and disarm Ajax, activate Night Mode and manage specific groups with Pass or Tag1. When adding these devices, you do not need to create Ajax accounts. Just assign a name and determine access permissions. This is a convenient solution for temporary users.

Always at hand
The Ajax app allows you to manage access permissions in real time. You can limit, extend, or instantly block access. If Pass or Tag is accidently lost, a user can block them in the app and use a personal code instead. An administrator always knows who and when disarmed a system: a username is displayed in the notification and event log.

KeyPad Combi supports up to 99 keypad access codes5 for people not registered in the Ajax system. Thanks to this feature, there is no need to create accounts for office employees, a cleaning company, or a realtor: it is enough to assign an access code to a person in the hub settings.

To identify users quickly and securely, KeyPad Combi features the DESFire® technology. It is the best-in-class contactless solution to identify a user by card or key fob.
DESFire® is based on the ISO 14443 international standard and combines comprehensive 128-bit encryption and copy protection. This technology is also used in transportation systems of European capitals and access systems at NASA.

Flexible settings in the app
Built-in KeyPad Combi siren is configured in the Ajax app. You can adjust the volume and duration of the signal, as well as set up the alarms of specific detectors. For example, activate the siren when security detectors are triggered, but remain quiet in case of water leak detection.
