How to ensure the hub has constant connection to Ajax Cloud
For those partners and installers using a firewall or SIM cards with restricted APN access, it’s critical to use the list below to whitelist the Ajax Cloud endpoints.
Installers and partners must give access to the specific domain names:
hts-hubs.prod.ajax.systems
hts-hub.prod.ajax.systems
hubs-logs.prod.ajax.systems
hub-gw.prod.ajax.systems
If the firewall does not have the capability to whitelist domain names, skip this point.
Hubs can connect to Ajax Cloud without DNS. However, using a network with a correctly configured DNS server is recommended.
