Ajax Cloud Signaling expands protocol support

Ajax Systems continuously works to improve the lives of security professionals and enhance the capabilities of its solutions. To integrate Ajax systems with a larger number of monitoring software, Ajax Cloud Signaling now supports additional communication protocols. This gives professionals the freedom to choose more convenient tools for their operations.

What is Ajax Cloud Signaling

Ajax Cloud Signaling is a feature in Ajax PRO Desktop. It enables communication between Ajax security systems and third-party monitoring software without infrastructure dependencies. It processes encrypted device notifications, converts them into compatible protocol formats, and delivers events directly to monitoring software.

This eliminates the need to install additional utilities on company premises. All data processing occurs on Ajax Cloud, with formatted information sent directly to monitoring station receivers. Setup is managed entirely through Ajax PRO Desktop, and once configured, the system operates seamlessly.

Ajax Cloud Signaling transmits system events, alarms, visual verification of alarms, camera snapshots, and GPS coordinates from panic buttons. Polling intervals remain fully configurable to meet monitoring requirements.

Support for more protocols

The latest update introduces support for six more protocols:

• SurGard (Contact ID)
• Sentinel
• SoftGuard
• Micro Key
• Manitou
• MASXML

These protocols complement the existing SIA DC-09 support, expanding integration possibilities for monitoring companies worldwide.

The update is available in Ajax PRO Desktop 5.25 (Windows/macOS).
