The founder of Ajax Systems, Aleksandr Konotopskyi, has met with students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute to discuss personal development during the war in Ukraine. As part of the Ajax Next initiative, the company systematically contributes to training future engineers and actively cooperates with leading educational institutions.
The Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Alumni Association holds meetings with former university students to motivate young people and share valuable experiences. During the meeting, the students received advice from Aleksandr Konotopsky on personal growth and professional development:
- Quality education is the basis for future success. Students should absorb as much knowledge as possible and use all the opportunities the university offers.
- The demand for Ukrainian engineers is growing. Professionals are highly valued in any country. Ukrainian engineers demonstrate talent and the ability to create unique solutions and remain in high demand worldwide.
- The secret of business sustainability is the team. A company's success in a crisis is ensured by a strong team that quickly adapts to changes and remains resolute despite the most difficult challenges.
- The role of entrepreneurs in wartime is extremely important. In difficult times, businesses must demonstrate resilience by continuing to operate, creating new jobs, supporting the economy, and helping the country.
