Monitoring company operators can now make voice calls to the secured site directly from the Ajax PRO Desktop interface — no external apps, servers, or SIP infrastructure required.
Voice Connect is available for any Ajax system equipped with at least one SpeakerPhone Jeweller. The service requires an Ajax hub running OS Malevich 2.33 or later and Ajax PRO Desktop version 5.29 or later.

Voice Connect unlocks the full potential of audio alarm verification with SpeakerPhone Jeweller. In case of an alarm, operators can immediately call the secured site via Ajax PRO Desktop.
