Statement Regarding

Section 889 of National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)

Ajax Systems Group (hereinafter also referred to as "we", "our", "Ajax Systems") with this Statement inform anyone to whom it may concern of our compliance with Section 889 of the US National Defense Authorization Act, also known as NDAA.

NDAA (the National Defense Authorization Act) is a set of federal laws passed every year by the US government. One of the restrictions in these laws is that manufacturers of security devices, including CCTV cameras, are not permitted to use components made by certain manufacturers in their products.

We do not use any equipment, system, or service that incorporates telecommunications equipment or services by manufacturers identified in NDAA Section 889 as a critical, substantial, or essential component of any system, or as part of any system of the Ajax hardware and/or software products.

None of the Ajax products contain parts from the manufacturers or any of their affiliates defined under NDAA Section 889.

For the detailed Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, please contact us via our Sales Department representative or any other way provided in the "Contact us" section of our website.
