What are Ajax Services

Ajax Services are additional features available through subscription in selected countries. Currently, we offer Ajax SIM and Interactive intrusion for the North American market, but we plan to expand the number of services provided and geography in the future.

Who are a Reseller and a Dealer?

A Dealer is a company that provides installation or both installation and monitoring services, offering Ajax Services to its customers. A Reseller is typically a monitoring company that distributes Ajax Services among Dealer companies. It’s important to note that not all installation or installation and monitoring companies function as Dealers, and not all monitoring companies function as Resellers.

How can I become a Reseller?

To become a Reseller, please contact your local Ajax Systems business development or sales manager. If you are unsure who this person is, you can submit a request through our website, and they will reach out to you. Please note that Ajax Systems must sign a legal agreement with a Reseller, so the process cannot be completed automatically.

How can I become a Dealer?

You can automatically enroll to become a Dealer by following these steps:

1. Create an installation or installation and monitoring company in PRO Desktop.

2. Go to Services settings on the Company tab.

4. Fill in the required information and click Activate.

5. You will see a new tab available in the navigation bar. Now, you can add your Reseller and start onboarding customers.

Who are service managers?

Service managers are employees of Reseller or Dealer companies responsible for managing Ajax Services and related information. They handle tasks related to Ajax Services, including:

  • Managing connection requests between Dealers and Resellers.
  • Package management (activation, suspension, resume, and deactivation).
  • Dashboard access.

Only the Company owner can create accounts for service managers and grant or revoke their rights.

How to send a connection request through PRO Desktop?

The Dealer company should send a linkage request to the Reseller, but only once per Reseller. This feature is available for users with company accounts and service managers.

1. Go to the Services tab.

2. Open the Your Resellers menu.

3. Click Add reseller, select your country, and choose the Reseller you want to connect to. If you cannot see your Reseller in the list, click on Invite by email.

4. Enter the email of the Reseller company to which you want to send the connection request, or select your Reseller from the list.

5. Information about the Reseller found by email will be displayed on the screen. Click Send request.

6. You will see the request you sent at the top of the list.

7. Wait for the Reseller to approve your request.

8. Once the request is approved, you can start activating Ajax Services.
