With the integration of Ajax Systems into Sigma by Segware, security professionals can now integrate the full Ajax product portfolio into their installations — not only for event monitoring, but also for security mode management and automation control. This integration reinforces Ajax Systems' commitment to the Brazilian market and reflects the shared efforts of two companies aimed to deliver efficient, reliable solutions to security professionals and end users.
The integration provides greater flexibility in managing security events and visual alarm verification, helping monitoring centers respond faster and verify alarms more efficiently. Sigma also allows operators to remotely send commands or reconfigure Ajax devices, providing better control over protected sites.
Ajax solutions have also been integrated with MySecurity, Segware's mobile app for end users. Through MySecurity, users can:
