Ajax Systems, an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe, has received the Innovative Achievement Award in the Alarm & Detection category at the prestigious Detektor International Award 2026. The company's Superior Hub G3 Jeweller, the core of the world's first wireless Grade 3 security system, was recognized for its innovative technology. This is Ajax Systems' first award in the Nordic region.
The award ceremony took place on 20 October 2026 at Stockholmsmässan in Sweden, alongside Skydd, a leading security technology event.
Established in 2000, the Detektor International Award is one of the security industry's most respected honors, recognizing outstanding innovations in security technology. Unlike traditional award programs, manufacturers cannot submit applications. Instead, the editorial team of Detektor International independently identifies and evaluates innovative products through industry reporting and participation in trade shows. Twelve solutions are selected as finalists, competing for the Innovative Achievement Award and the highest distinction, the Best Product Award.
Receiving our first industry award in the Nordic region is an important milestone for Ajax Systems. Superior Hub G3 Jeweller demonstrates how wireless technology can meet the highest security requirements without compromising flexibility or ease of installation. This honor from an independent industry jury is especially valuable as we continue expanding our presence in the Nordic market. We are grateful to the professional community for recognizing our innovation and remain committed to developing solutions that exceed the expectations of our partners and customers.
About the winning product
Ajax Superior Hub G3 Jeweller is the core of the world's first wireless Grade 3 security system. Proprietary Superior Jeweller and TurboWings protocols ensure stable, encrypted communication between the control panel and Ajax devices over distances of up to 3,500 m (11,450 ft). The hub supports internet connectivity through four channels — Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and 2G/4G (LTE) SIM cards — and switches automatically between them to always stay online. Hot-swappable backup batteries keep the system operating for up to 16 or 60 hours after a power outage. All this creates a strong foundation for the unified Ajax ecosystem, which combines intrusion protection, fire and life safety, video surveillance, and comfort and automation.
The recognition at the Detektor International Award 2026 marks another milestone in Ajax Systems' international development, reinforcing the company's commitment to advancing professional security through reliable, scalable, and innovative technologies.
