Hubs

At the core of the system is Ajax Superior Hub G3 Jeweller — the first fully wireless control panel certified to Grade 3. The hub is easy to install, simple to use, and requires minimal maintenance. Just one power cable and Ethernet — that's all it needs. The rest is pure freedom: fully wireless device integration and built-in connectivity ensure uninterrupted communication between devices, Ajax apps, and monitoring software.

The hub supports up to 250 devices, 200 users, 25 security groups, and 64 automation scenarios — an ideal capacity for small to medium-sized sites. Wireless communication reaches up to 11,450 ft, ensuring stable operation even across large or complex buildings.

Besides wireless Grade 3 devices, the hub also supports EN 50131 (Grade 2) intrusion protection, automation, and video surveillance. Just about any combination of Ajax devices can be connected to a single space and operate together as one integrated system. This makes the hub a unified solution for high-security sites.

Range extenders

The portfolio includes Ajax Superior ReX G3 Jeweller — a range extender that expands wireless coverage between the hub and connected Ajax devices up to twice as far. It can be connected to the hub via radio or Ethernet, guaranteeing stable communication even in challenging areas, such as basements, remote spaces, or metal structures.

Internal backup batteries

Both the hub and range extender connect to a 110–240 V~, 50/60 Hz mains supply. Each device can also operate on a backup battery to ensure uninterrupted operation during prolonged power outages. For this purpose, the portfolio includes two Ajax Superior Internal Battery models: one providing up to 16 hours of backup power for projects that do not require mandatory certification, and another delivering up to 60 hours of operation to meet Grade 3 requirements. These lithium-ion batteries are hot-swappable, so the system does not need to be shut down during replacement.

Motion detectors

Wireless Grade 3 motion detectors deliver uncompromising protection for situations where no movement can be overlooked. The product group includes three detector models:

All three devices have an exceptionally small blind zone of 0.98 ft, reliably detecting crawling, fast, or slow movement at distances of up to 49 ft. These detectors do not feature pet immunity, as their ultra-precise detection technology covers the entire area without leaving any blind spots for intruders. An advanced anti-masking system instantly responds if someone attempts to blind the detector — whether with an object, paint, or tape.

The MotionCam model can also capture visual evidence immediately upon alarm and send a series of photos to both the monitoring station and system users within seconds — thanks to the TurboWings communication protocol.

Opening detectors

The portfolio includes Ajax Superior DoorProtect G3 Jeweller, an opening detector that responds to intrusion through doors and windows, providing early threat detection. It is also well suited for safeguarding vaults, display cabinets, and showcases against burglary attempts. The device features two reed switches that act as opening sensors and a magnetometer that detects magnet spoofing. A built-in accelerometer reacts to vibration, shock, and tilt, ensuring protection even when windows are in tilt mode. The detector effectively filters out false alarms and resists sabotage, making it ideal for sites with higher security requirements.

Keypads

Ajax offers two keypad models: one with a touch panel and one with a touch screen.

Both models feature DESFire® technology for contactless access and support multiple code types: main, personal, duress, for unregistered users, and for RRUs. The touchscreen model also has the BLE reader for authorization via smartphone. Codes and access rights can be managed remotely via Ajax apps. Additionally, the keypads provide protection against code guessing and access device copying.

Panic buttons

The portfolio features Ajax Superior DoubleButton G3 Jeweller, a hold-up device designed with maximum protection against false activation. The device features two buttons, both of which must be pressed simultaneously to trigger an alarm. A built-in plastic divider further reduces the chance of accidental activation. The device can be mounted on a flat surface using the Holder accessory or carried as a portable device. Its durable IP55-rated enclosure withstands almost any environment.

Wireless Grade 3 solution offers two intrusion siren models:

The sirens alert users to intrusion attempts and deter trespassers with a loud buzzer and bright LED indicators. Alarm pattern, volume, and duration can be adjusted in Ajax apps. Both siren models also indicate opening doors, entry/exit delays, and past alarms in the system. The devices feature enhanced protection against sabotage and can detect jamming attempts.

Integration modules

With Ajax Superior MultiTransmitter G3 Jeweller, existing security setup can be easily modernized and enhanced. The module brings all the benefits of the Ajax ecosystem, including centralized management in Ajax apps, informative notifications, and integration with video surveillance, fire safety, and automation devices. All of this is available without altering the existing layout, wiring, or device configuration. The devices underwent full system testing at Testalarm, a respected Czech laboratory specializing in intrusion protection. Radio performance tests required by EN 50131-5-3 were conducted at the Czech Metrology Institute (ČMI) — the country's top certification body for radio compliance.

After passing every stage, certificates were officially granted by TREZOR TEST, confirming that wireless Grade 3 Ajax devices meet and exceed the EN 50131 (Grade 3) requirements. In addition, every system device continuously authenticates itself to the hub, ensuring data integrity and preventing spoofing or forgery. Enhanced system supervision now monitors not only the overall status of each device but also performs regular health checks on every built-in sensor.

TurboWings handles large data transmission — primarily photo verification data from MotionCam detectors and new firmware versions for devices that support over-the-air updates. The protocol sends HD images within seconds, even over long distances, enabling monitoring stations and users to evaluate the situation almost immediately. TurboWings also features an automatic backup system: if the connection drops, the protocol resends all unsent data as soon as the connection is restored, ensuring that no vital visual evidence is ever lost.
