Ajax Systems continues to strengthen its strategic partnership with Yale by introducing a new wave of features for the LockBridge (D) Jeweller integration module. The module already connects Yale Doorman smart locks without Wi-Fi support to the Ajax ecosystem through secure, long-range radio communication. Complete control of the smart lock is available both on-site and remotely, with the lock responding to changes in security mode, system events, and scheduled routines. The upcoming update enhances this integration even further.
LockBridge (D) Jeweller is compatible with:
- Yale Doorman V2N/Classic
- Yale Doorman L3/L3S
The module is not compatible with Yale Linus smart lock models. Those smart locks with Wi-Fi support can be integrated directly into the Ajax system without the need for the integration module.
What's new
Customizable notifications
Smart lock settings in Ajax apps allow system admins to enable or disable notifications for:
- door open/close events;
- lock/unlock actions;
- doors left open for a certain time;
- scenario executions.
These notification preferences apply to the entire space, keeping users informed about any ongoing activities.

Adjustable lock sound volume
Users can now adjust the smart lock's sound level directly from the Ajax app by selecting one of three volume options: off, medium, or high.

Even if the sound is off, the smart lock will still play essential audio cues needed for safe and correct operation. These include sound alerts for:
- incorrect code entry;
- built-in doorbell button press (for Yale Doorman L3S);
- bolt lock sabotage detection;
- "Enter PIN" message after presenting a key tag;
- timeout when a code isn't entered in time;
- confirmations when switching to secure-home or secure-away modes.
Code-protected smart lock control in the app
The new security option lets users control the smart lock only after entering its access code right in the app. When this feature is enabled, locking or unlocking the door via Ajax apps requires entering the same code that is already used for operating the smart lock manually.

Code entry when changing the smart lock state in the app
Expanded scenario support
The update also adds support for new automation scenarios: by schedule, alarm, and confirmed alarm. This expands the smart lock's ability to react to system events, enabling installers to create more precise, safety-oriented logic for each site.
