1. High security is wireless now
Ajax Systems releases the first-ever wireless Grade 3 intrusion protection system. This breakthrough marks a historic leap for not only the company but also the entire industry. Driven by the Ajax team's innovation, wireless technology once again challenges tradition and steps into the areas previously out of reach. It's no longer just as reliable as wires. It's now also just as secure, as confirmed by the certification to the world's strictest security standards. It means faster, more flexible, cheaper installation of bank-grade security.

The new wireless Grade 3 solution includes everything needed to protect high-risk sites of any scale: motion and opening detectors, keypads, sirens, panic buttons, range extenders, integration modules, and control panel – Superior Hub G3 Jeweller. The hub supports up to 250 devices and stays always connected thanks to Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and two 2G/LTE SIM cards, switching in case of interruptions. As for devices, they last up to 7 years on pre-installed enhanced batteries, provide best-in-class detection, and have advanced sabotage protection. Plus, they take minutes to mount and are easy to set up and manage through Ajax apps, whether on-site or remotely.

Ajax wireless Grade 3 devices will be available to order in Q4 2025.
Ajax wireless Grade 3 devices communicate over Superior Jeweller, new-gen radio technology. It sets a new benchmark for range, stability, and sabotage resistance. The new protocol delivers up to 11,450 ft of communication range in open space. Enhanced encryption is complemented by advanced anti-jamming capabilities, featuring 17 different frequencies in 4 different European bands.

The entire Ajax Superior portfolio will move to Superior Jeweller in 2026. Superior devices will support two versions of the protocol and use the proper one automatically depending on a hub model.
2. Superior MegaHub for mega projects
In the spotlight of the presentation was Superior MegaHub, the most powerful Ajax hub yet. Designed in response to the growing scale of projects, it supports up to 999 wired or wireless devices in any combination and no limit on sirens. What’s more, it supports 100 groups, 100 automation scenarios, and 1,000 users. Shopping malls, business centers, factories, logistics sites, and large warehouses — all can be protected with a single control panel. Long-ranging Fibra and Superior Jeweller ensure that communication remains stable regardless of the scale.
The hub comes as a board compatible with Case and equipped with everything needed for protection out of the box: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, two SIM card slots (2G/LTE), radio modules, and a power supply unit. And as a Grade 3 device, it is ready to cover the most demanding sites and deliver certified sabotage protection.

Superior MegaHub will be available to order in Q1 2026.
3. Superior Hub Hybrid 2 for more capacity and bigger projects
Yet another addition to project-grade hubs is Superior Hub Hybrid 2. The device takes the best features of the first-gen hybrid hub to a new level. Supporting up to 250 devices with no limit on sirens, 25 security groups, 64 automation scenarios, and 100 users, it doubles the capacity of its predecessor. The device also combines time-tested wired Fibra with the new Superior Jeweller radio technology for even more secure communication. With Ethernet, two SIM card slots (2G/3G/LTE), and radio modules, and a power supply unit built-in, the control panel is ready for immediate deployment. The device enables PROs to scale from medium to large facilities, leveraging the benefits of a Grade 3-certified hybrid system.

Superior Hub Hybrid 2 will be available to order starting Q4 2025.
Only accredited Ajax Systems partners can sell, install, and maintain Superior products.
4. Ajax Services are evolving to unlock more opportunities
Ajax Services continue to evolve, turning one-time installations into recurring income through subscriptions. Today, PROs can enhance Ajax hardware setup with:
- Ajax SIM for stable out-of-the-box connectivity;
- Ajax Ultra DP for effortless dual-path signalling and ironclad alarm delivery;
- Ajax Cloud Storage, a secure cloud-based archive for DoorBell and IndoorCam footage;
- Ajax Photo Mode for photo alarm verification using Ajax cameras in third-party monitoring software.
And now, PROs can activate Ajax Services with a card payment directly in Ajax PRO: Tool for Engineers. This alternative activation method has already been released in dozens of countries for Ajax SIM and Ajax Cloud Storage and will continue rolling out globally by the end of the year. Within the same period, installers will also get an option to give end users the rights to pay for Ajax Services in their own Ajax app. Either way, a PRO enjoys steady recurring revenue with less paperwork.

Please note that the alternative activation method via a card payment will not be available in the USA and Canada. Ajax Services will remain available exclusively through local resellers in these countries.
5. Upgraded Hub BP Jeweller: ready in minutes, runs for years
Hub BP Jeweller, an Ajax hub that operates entirely on batteries, got an upgrade. It now runs for up to four years on a single battery in the Battery power saver mode, which makes it a perfect fit for sites with no power, stable connection, or on-site staff. Setup takes no more than two minutes, and the system can be managed remotely anytime. Upgraded Hub BP Jeweller comes in two versions: in a casing or as a board compatible with Case D (430) or the new Case E (395), the first waterproof and Grade 3-certified Ajax casing.

Upgraded Hub BP Jeweller is already available to order in some countries, with more to follow in Q1 2026. Case E (395) will be available to order in Q1 2026 as well.
6. Perimeter protection gets an upgrade. Two, actually.

Ajax Systems expands its outdoor Baseline portfolio with two curtain-type motion detectors. Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller is designed to fit narrow spaces like windows or doors and expose intruders early – before any damage occurs. The device has no blind spots and provides accurate detection in two modes – Main and Pet. Advanced sabotage protection, including an anti-masking system, keeps it reliable even within arm's reach of passersby or intruders. And this performance is wrapped up in a compact enclosure that blends into any facade.

CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller is the very first Ajax outdoor curtain-type detector with a photo camera for alarm verification. It is to be installed at a height of 6.6 to 13.1 ft to overlook narrow walkways, long glass facades, or equipment stored outdoors from a vantage point. Thanks to a pre-alarm feature relying on PIR and K-band sensors, the detector creates an invisible boundary to a restricted area and captures intruders the moment they step in. Within seconds, users and a monitoring station receive photos from the site and can decide on the right action. Plus, installation is effortless: an optimal view is easy to achieve thanks to a 87° swivel mount for wall mounting and a mobile Ajax PRO app.

Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller and CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller will be available to order starting Q4 2025.
7. Ajax Systems launches a fully wireless EN 54-certified product line

Ajax Systems takes on a challenge to transform one of the most demanding safety fields and introduces EN54 Line, a fully wireless commercial fire detection and alarm system. The solution is based on top-notch technology, exceptional user experience, and wide integration possibilities. At the core of the system is EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller, a touchscreen control and indicating equipment (CIE) with an intuitive interface for managing the system. The hub comes equipped with all the communicators and can control up to 200 addressable devices across 40 zones. Certified to both EN 54 and EN 50131 (Grade 2), the CIE supports not only fire safety but also intrusion protection and even video surveillance.

The EN 54-certified fire detectors, sounders, VADs, and manual call points combine signature Ajax design with proven performance — quick and accurate detection, powerful alerts, and easy maintenance. Range extenders and I/O modules scale the system in coverage and functionality. Every component works in perfect sync to deliver reliability that goes above and beyond. And truly fast installation, zero programming, and native apps for on-site or remote control ensure projects are completed within hours, not days, as Ajax partners confirm.

8. Ajax video surveillance scales in every way
Ajax video surveillance lineup is expanding rapidly and now follows the same portfolio logic as Ajax intrusion protection. Baseline product line offers all the essentials for effective video surveillance, while Superior product line is about more robust hardware, more powerful features, and absolutely no compromise.
Only accredited Ajax Systems partners can sell, install, and maintain Superior products.
To enhance the newly established Baseline camera portfolio, the company announces HLVF cameras, which add variety to every installation. Equipped with a motorized varifocal lens with autofocus, they zoom in to capture details or zoom out to cover a wide scene, adapting to a user’s needs. Image quality stays sharp around the clock, with all the proven features carried over from previous models.

The Baseline NVR portfolio grows, too. The recent release of the NVR H series is followed by the announcement of NVR H2D series. The new models support two hard drives for greater storage capacity. And with two recording options — Redundancy mode and Split mode — the two drives deliver dependable backup. Models with PoE ports let installers connect up to 16 cameras directly, simplifying setup and creating a unified video system.

HLVF cameras and NVR H2D series are expected to hit the market in early 2026.
Superior HLVF cameras are created to satisfy even the most demanding clients. The devices retain core features, including hybrid illumination and adjustable field of view, yet are better in every aspect. Thanks to an improved CMOS sensor and motorized P-Iris lens, the cameras deliver clear and detailed footage no matter the lighting. They are also smarter: four-times more powerful hardware makes onboard AI even more accurate and paves the way for upcoming AI features exclusive to Superior product line. On top of that, Superior HLVF cameras feature two-way audio and a junction box with a built-in speaker for active deterrence.

Both Baseline and Superior cameras are compatible with MountCam wall mounts, allowing to achieve the optimal camera angle and avoid obstructions – all while preserving an elegant camera look.
Superior NVRs are the first Ajax NVRs with built-in AI and capability to share the intelligence with connected third-party cameras. The recorders can store up to 24 TB of footage on each of two hard drives, support up to 32 channels, and can play back four 4K streams simultaneously. And with a wide range of models, installers can pick the right configuration to power up to 16 cameras via PoE or create a robust local network with two independent Ethernet interfaces.

The Superior video line will be available to order in Q1 2026.
