For monitoring stations without compatible software, Ajax Systems provides free, ready-to-use solutions: the proprietary Ajax PRO Desktop app, cloud-based services, or custom end-to-end integrations upon request.
In addition to transmitting intrusion events, the system can deliver visual verification, stream live video, and establish full‑duplex voice communication between the monitoring station and the client. The setup is easily expandable with automation, providing comprehensive security within a single system.

Flexible communication options
Ajax systems can connect to monitoring software via the Ajax Cloud server and through a direct connection1. Both channels can operate simultaneously, providing a backup path in case one fails. Communication between Ajax systems and monitoring stations is established over the internet using Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular networks2. All connected elements are constantly supervised through ping intervals and test messages.
Use direct connection and Ajax Cloud in parallel to enhance communication reliability. With two independent channels — direct TCP/IP and cloud-based transmission — the system ensures uninterrupted delivery of alarms and events, even in case of network or infrastructure issues.
When local installation isn't an option due to infrastructure or software limitations, events can be transmitted using the Ajax Cloud Signaling feature. All data passes through the Ajax Cloud server, so there's no need for additional software or a dedicated server on the monitoring company's premises.
If company policy or specific standard requirements only allow direct connection — or if installing additional software is restricted — events can be transmitted via direct TCP/IP connection. Everything is configured via Ajax apps in a few taps. No extra tools needed.
