About the integration

UniLock is a professional platform for managing users, configuring access rights, controlling doors, and monitoring security events. The integration with Ajax extends this functionality to intrusion protection, helping simplify daily security workflows.

Instead of maintaining separate access and intrusion protection systems, administrators and security teams can supervise users, PIN codes, security events, and arming logic from a single interface. This integration streamlines security management in residential buildings, retail establishments, hospitals, sports facilities, historic properties, banks, and other sites with multiple entry points, areas, or user groups.

Users are managed via UniLock, and the corresponding PIN codes are synchronized as Ajax keypad access codes. This ensures user data consistency, reducing configuration time and the risk of errors. The synchronization also keeps daily security operations familiar to end users: Ajax system arming and disarming remain code-based, with no need to switch between separate interfaces.
The integration allows automating routine security actions. For example, when an authorized user is granted entry, the corresponding area can be automatically disarmed. Similarly, doors can unlock when the security system is disarmed and lock once it is armed. The facility can also be armed on a schedule, via a manual command, or from Ajax apps, which remain available for direct security system control.
UniLock stores logs from both systems in a single database. This provides complete visibility into security-related events and their sequence, enabling faster incident investigation.
