Never silent when it matters
Superior StreetSiren Plus Fibra is the next level of signaling alarm and events in an Ajax security system. Featuring selectable alarm tones and impossible-to-miss LED indication, the device deters intruders, displays system security status, and provides an after-alarm indication. Moreover, it has a Chime1 feature that alerts users to delays when they enter or leave. The siren has a powerful wired communication range of up to 6,550 ft without line extenders, additional power supply during an alarm, and multi-layered sabotage protection. A single Fibra line can accommodate up to 10 sirens and is protected against short circuits, spoofing, and line breakage2. The siren can offer reliable indoor and outdoor protection and remote control via Ajax apps.

In an Ajax system, you can combine devices of all product categories: Intrusion protection (both Superior and Baseline), Video surveillance, Fire and life safety, or Comfort and automation. Create the system to suit your needs and manage it in a single interface.
This is a device of the Superior product line. Only accredited Ajax Systems partners can sell, install, and administer Superior products.

Alerts for any incident
Superior StreetSiren Plus Fibra effectively deters intruders while also providing alerts for alarms triggered by fire, water leaks, and other hazards.
Installers can specify which detectors activate the siren’s sound and LED indicators. The alert volume and duration2 can also be adjusted remotely via Ajax apps. Meanwhile, the LED indication can work independently of the sound, producing silent alarms.

Delay indication
The siren can use its bright LED frame and sound to indicate entry or exit delays, reminding users to arm or disarm the system and helping prevent false alarms.

Displays the security mode
The LED frame displays the system’s current security status: armed or disarmed. This is especially helpful for those using keypads or key fobs to control the system. In addition, the LED frame can remain on at all times to prevent unwanted tracking. Sound indication is also available to notify users when the system is armed or disarmed.

Door opening notifications
With the Chime feature, the siren emits a sound when an opening detector1 is triggered while the system is disarmed. This functionality is particularly useful in stores, ensuring staff are immediately notified when customers enter.

After-alarm indication
Once triggered, the LED frame continuously signals both confirmed and unconfirmed alarms, as well as the lid being opened, until the system is disarmed. Passing patrols are aware of the incident and can respond accordingly.

The right protection for every setting
Superior StreetSiren Plus Fibra is flexible when it comes to settings, which makes it suitable for both quiet residential communities and noisy industrial areas. The alarm signal can be adjusted in volume4, ranging from 85 to 107 dB, and its duration can be set3 from 3 seconds to 3 minutes. Alternatively, the siren can operate silently and respond to alarms only with an LED indication. Ajax apps allow engineers to choose which detector or group activates the siren. It helps prevent unnecessary disturbances, such as notifying neighbors every time a washing machine leaks.

Selectable sound patterns:

Rugged protection in any environment
Wired communication ensures the siren operates seamlessly in areas where radio signals cannot penetrate. This includes metal structures such as hangars, safes, and warehouses, as well as deep basements and underground parking lots.

Superior StreetSiren Plus Fibra is designed to endure extreme conditions, from freezing temperature of –13 °F to scorching heat up to 140 °F. Its IP54-rated enclosure is hermetically sealed against rain, snow, and dust. This allows the siren to be mounted on exterior walls without additional cover.

The siren is equipped with a backup battery, which enabling it to signal alarms and events without drawing on the Fibra line. Even if the site loses power for an extended period and the hub’s battery is at 1%, or an intruder manages to cut the Fibra line, the siren remains fully functional, ensuring uninterrupted protection.

Fibra
Unique wired technology
An Ajax system uses secure two-way communication based on Fibra proprietary protocol. It features encryption and device authentication to prevent sabotage, spoofing, and data theft. Fibra lines are versatile and support connecting different types of devices to one line: sirens, keypads, and detectors with photo verification.

One line for different types of devices
Photo delivery via Fibra line without interference
Protection against sabotage and spoofing
Energy efficiency as a priority
Fibra communication requires minimum power consumption, with the detector consuming only up to 46 mW at its peak. Fibra operates on the TDMA principle. Each device has a short time frame for exchanging data with a hub, and its communication module remains inactive the rest of the time. This significantly reduces power consumption and helps avoid interferences even when multiple devices communicate simultaneously.
Power consumption of up to 46 mW

System supervision
All Ajax devices perform automatic self-diagnosis and report their states to the hub. Essential parameters, including tamper, communication, power supply, and sensor statuses, are continuously monitored. The Ajax Cloud server controls communication between the hub and Ajax apps, ensuring instant notifications for CMSs, security companies, and users. In case of any malfunction or communication failure, an engineer is informed immediately to provide necessary services.

PRO is king
The myth about wired systems being difficult to install is busted. Ajax minimized an expensive, long, and dusty experience for PROs by developing an ultimate set of tools to make the process easy and flexible, from project design to client support and system maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the device for installation. Intuitive Ajax apps help quickly make the device a part of the system, and each device can be reconfigured remotely at any moment. No programming required — everything is available out of the box.
Fibra power supply calculator
The online tool provides security engineers with detailed data on devices’ power consumption, enabling easy pre-installation assessment of the wired system project. It helps design the project in real time, highlights problem spots, and offers solutions. Upon completion, results can be downloaded as a PDF file.
With the SmartBracket mounting panel, installers can effortlessly mount the device on the wall. The installation kit includes all the necessary fasteners. There is no need to disassemble the device: the board with terminals is placed outside the enclosure, under SmartBracket, to eliminate hardware damage during installation. The board is removable, which makes the whole process quick and easy. For cable management, there is bracing inside SmartBracket to secure the wires with ties.

The device pairs with the hub automatically via Fibra line scanning. This tool is available in desktop and mobile Ajax apps for PROs. An installer only needs to name the device and assign it to the room and security group. The device can also be added by scanning the QR code or entering its ID manually.

Accounts for companies and installers

An Ajax system transmits alarms to the PRO Desktop app or any third-party CMS. The security company receives an alarm notification in less than a second. Notifications include all the necessary information: the device name, event time, and the exact room where the device is located. The security company also receives photo or video verification, capturing the cause of the alarm.
Full addressability of connected devices
Informative push notifications
Alarm and event monitoring through PRO Desktop or third-party CMS

Requires additional installation of an Ajax opening detector.
Requires connection using the Ring topology.
From 3 s to 3 min; up to 15 min for sirens with NA 5.60.4.14 or later firmware version.
The volume level was measured 3.3 ft away from the siren.
