The business model involves two key parties: dealers and resellers.

Resellers are distributors of Ajax products or services and alarm receiving centers (ARCs) that supply Ajax Services to dealers.
Dealers are companies or installers that provide Ajax Services to end users.

Both dealers and resellers benefit financially with monthly income based on each Ajax system with an activated DP category. Ajax Systems charges resellers, who in turn charge dealers, and they pass the cost on to end users.

The selected grade (DP2, DP3, or DP4) determines the subscription plan. Importantly, there’s no Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), giving dealers and resellers the flexibility to set pricing based on their market and earn a reasonable income per client.
