Until 2023, Ajax Systems focused on a range of products designed for general security needs. At the Ajax Special Event: Rule your space, we introduced new products that allowed us to expand into the high-security market. This was highlighted by the official certification of Fibra devices according to the EN 50131 (Grade 3) standard. Among the new products, the company introduced the Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra detector.
At the Ajax Special Event: Multiverse, we presented a device named Superior MotionProtect G3 Fibra. To ensure clarity and avoid confusion in our product materials, we have updated the name by adding Plus. The product is now called Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra. Please note that all Ajax indoor motion detectors equipped with a microwave sensor include Plus in their name.
We are now pleased to announce the full release of this device. Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra is available for order, meaning high-risk facilities can now be fully protected by the Superior line products without the need for third-party devices.
Only accredited partners who have passed specialized training can sell, install, and administer Superior devices.

How Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra meets security needs for high-risk facilities
The modern security market includes many companies that have been in business for over 30 years. Compliance with international standards

This certification indicates that the security devices can withstand intrusion attempts by professional burglars using specialized equipment. In certain regions, security devices must comply with the PD 6662:2017, INCERT, or SSF standard requirements. Ajax Systems’ products also achieved these certifications.
Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra enables Ajax Systems partners to cover more sites that require devices that meet international standards. This device complies with both international and local security standards and has been certified by EN 50131 (Grade 3) and PD 6662:2017. In the future, it will also obtain additional key certificates required for European markets. This flexibility empowers partners to effectively meet diverse customer needs.
Key features
- The device offers precise movement detection at a distance of up to 49 feet, with horizontal viewing angles of 90° and vertical viewing angles of 72°. It also features a reduced blind zone and enables detection of a person crawling at a distance of 1.6 feet from the detector.
- The anti-masking system notifies of attempts to hinder, cover, or paint the detector lens. The masking sensor reacts to all materials, such as drapery, paper, metal, glass, plastic, aerosols, dyes, and more.
- Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra has three tamper buttons: two on the rear side and one on the bottom. The Ajax system notifies users and the security company if any tamper is triggered or if the detector is removed from the mounting panel. The bottom button is also activated if the lock used to secure the detector to SmartBracket is tampered with.
- The detector accurately responds to movement without generating false alarms. When the PIR sensor detects the movement of an object with a temperature similar to that of the human body, the device performs a radio wave scan using the K-band microwave sensor. Additionally, the SmartDetect algorithm analyzes the thermal diagram from the PIR sensor and instantly identifies false alarm markers.
- Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra features self-test functionality for all its sensors. If any malfunction is detected, the device immediately notifies users and the CMS.
- With the SmartBracket panel, an installer can effortlessly mount the device on the wall. The installation kit includes all the necessary fasteners. There is no need to disassemble the device.
Superior MotionProtect Plus G3 Fibra does not have a pet immunity feature.
