United StatesIf your company uses the single sign-on (SSO) authentication method for employees in the Ajax PRO apps, the process of creating an employee account differs. For more information, refer to the article describing SSO in the Ajax PRO apps.
To create the Ajax PRO account:
Install and open the Ajax PRO: Tool for Engineers or Ajax PRO Desktop app.
Tap Create account.
Fill in all the fields, select the system emails and SMS language, accept the terms of the End User Agreement, Privacy Policy, License agreement, and tap Next. Note that you can only register one account per in the Ajax PRO app per one email or phone number.
Enter the company details and tap Next. The Company name and Website fields are optional — tap Skip to proceed without filling them in.
You will receive two verification codes: one by SMS and one by email. Enter them in the appropriate fields and tap Send. Do not pass these codes to third parties.
If you haven't received any of these codes, tap Haven't received code yet?, enter the email and phone number again — you will be called back from the phone number. Depending on the country, you may need to enter the last three or six digits of the phone number along with the verification code received by email.

After successful verification, you will be logged in to the app automatically.
Log in to your Ajax account using your email and password.
