Details on the transition

The configuration of Ajax hubs began updating in March 2026. Newly supplied hubs will be distributed in all countries where Ajax products are available, regardless of Ajax SIM service availability.

Hubs with pre-installed Ajax SIM feature dedicated stickers on both the unit packaging and master boxes. Each hub package also includes a leaflet directing users to Ajax SIM activation manuals.
