The past year marked a significant milestone in Ajax Systems' journey. While not devoid of challenges, 2025 brought about breakthroughs and bold achievements that are worth celebrating. The company expanded its portfolio by 100 unique devices – the largest one-year leap in its history – and strengthened its manufacturing capabilities by opening a new factory in Vietnam.
Ajax Systems significantly broadened its video device lineup, released a truly game-changing EN54 Line, a fully wireless commercial fire detection and alarm system, and unveiled the world's first wireless Grade 3 solution at the seventh Ajax Special Event. What's more, the company's continued focus on software development resulted in improved performance, 63 features for better user experience, and 4 new apps.
Such a trajectory of innovation, supported with a full production cycle, enhanced the Ajax ecosystem. For the time in the history of electronic security, it has become possible to natively combine CCTV, high-security intrusion protection, commercial or residential fire safety, together with home automation – in one powerful solution, from a single vendor.

Ajax Special Event: Dare to be first
On November 21, 2025, Ajax Systems hosted its seventh Ajax Special Event, an annual showcase of the company's latest technologies and devices. Under the theme Dare to be first, it unveiled 55 new devices across product categories, introduced additional product lines, and announced truly game-changing solutions. The presentation gathered the record-breaking 50К+ online registrations, while industry professionals attended exclusive offline premieres in 35 countries, with the main event held in Frankfurt, Germany.

Here are the key take aways of this year's Ajax Special Event:
- High security is wireless now. The Ajax team has developed the worldʼs first wireless intrusion protection system certified to EN 50131 (Grade 3), which means faster, more flexible, and cheaper installation of bank-grade security. The solution includes every device needed to protect high-risk sites, with communication enabled by Superior Jeweller – a more long-range, sabotage-resistant, and encrypted radio technology.

- Grade 3-certified hybrid hubs with extra capacity. To remove barriers to project scaling, the company releases Superior Hub Hybrid 2, which supports up to 250 wired and wireless devices, and Superior MegaHub, capable of managing up to 999 devices.
- More versatile perimeter protection. The outdoor Ajax portfolio expanded with two curtain-type motion detectors. Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller fits narrow spaces such as windows or doors and exposes intruders before any damage occurs. And CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller is designed to overlook narrow areas from a vantage point and equipped with a photo camera for alarm verification.
- Dependable protection for off-grid sites. Battery-powered Hub BP Jeweller now runs for up to four years on a single battery in the Battery power saver mode. The device also comes in two versions: in a casing or as a board compatible with Case D (430) or the new Case E (395), the first waterproof and Grade 3-certified Ajax casing.
- Ajax Services for recurring revenue. Ajax Services continue to evolve, turning one-time installations into recurring income through subscriptions. And now there is an alternative method to activate them – with in-app card payments.
- Commercial fire and life safety. Ajax Systems expands its fire and life safety category beyond Residence Line and introduces EN54 Line. It's a fully wireless commercial fire detection and alarm system with EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller at its core. This touchscreen control and indicating equipment (CIE) has an intuitive interface for managing the system and is certified to both EN 54 and EN 50131 (Grade 2). It means the hub supports not only EN54 devices but also intrusion protection and even video surveillance.

- Ajax video surveillance scales in every way. Video surveillance now follows the same portfolio logic as Ajax intrusion protection. Baseline product line offers the essentials of effective video surveillance, while Superior product line is about more robust hardware, more powerful features, and absolutely no compromise. The lineup now includes a wide range of motorized varifocal cameras and AI-powered NVRs with two hot-swappable HDDs.

Awards from around the globe
Ajax Systems continues to gain recognition from users and professional communities worldwide. In 2025, the company was honored with 18 awards from across the globe – from Australia to North America. What's more, the awards extended beyond intrusion protection – a well-established Ajax product category. They celebrated the company's achievements across a broader portfolio, validating the strategic direction Ajax Systems has chosen.

The highlights of the past year's award list:
- Repeating the success of the previous two years, Ajax Systems has once again won the prestigious Red Dot Award for the outstanding product design quality. This time, it was for BulletCam, a wired AI-powered IP security camera, and LightSwitch (1-gang) [120] Jeweller, a smart touch light switch.
- EN54 Line has received its first award just three months after its release. It has been recognized by Romanian Security Summit Awards 2025, a premier event celebrating innovation and leadership in the security industry across Eastern Europe.
- Having collected three awards, DoorBell, a video doorbell with built-in AI and PIR sensor, has become the most celebrated Ajax product of 2025.
- DomeCam Mini, a wired AI-powered IP security camera, was titled as the Outstanding New Security Product at the 2025 Southeast OSPAs in Singapore. It's Ajax Systems' first award in the region, but it aptly represents the company's commitment to earning the trust of security professionals across Southeast Asia.
New factory launch in Vietnam
In 2025, Ajax Systems made a major move in its global growth by opening a new factory in Hanoi, Vietnam. The 89,340 ft² facility produces the full range of Ajax devices and is expected to create over 1,000 new jobs in its first year, boosting the company's production capacity. The decision to establish operations in Vietnam was driven by the country's favorable industrial climate, skilled specialists, and a wide network of suppliers. This helps the company diversify, speed up production and better serve customers regionally and worldwide.

Ongoing support of tech education with Ajax Next
Ajax Systems stays committed to bridging the gap between academic education and practical engineering for Ukrainian students. A bit over a year into the Ajax Next educational initiative, the Ajax team has partnered with leading Ukrainian universities to launch dozens of projects, empowering 2,000 students to take their first steps in engineering.

Key highlights of the past year's efforts:
- Mechanical Design & Robotics Lab at KPI: The fifth lab within the Ajax Next initiative is equipped with 20 workstations. Students can use them to study robotics, automation, metrology, optics, and related disciplines through coursework, workshops, and internship programs.
- Ukrainian students at CES 2026: Ajax Systems has selected 30 students from across Ukraine and sponsored an educational trip to the world's largest technology trade shows — the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, USA.
- Supporting ongoing projects: Alongside new initiatives, the Ajax team continues to support established projects, including the electronics laboratory at KAI and the Mechanical Engineering internship.

Protecting culture and heritage
Ajax Systems contributes to the cultural scene at both local and international levels. By delivering security solutions and brand-level support, the company helps safeguard heritage and facilitate a meaningful cultural dialogue.
In Ukraine, Ajax Systems focused its support on the performance arts. The company upgraded the security system at the Ivan Franko Theater — one of Kyiv's key cultural hubs and landmarks. And it supported a seven-day performance festival in Kyiv that provided a platform for both established and emerging theatrical groups to present their work.

Committed to protecting Ukrainian heritage beyond the country's borders, Ajax Systems delivered an advanced security solution for the Royal Armouries Museum in London, UK. A full-fledged Superior security system safeguarded the sabre of Hetman Ivan Mazepa — a late 17th-century historical artifact symbolizing Ukraine's enduring struggle for freedom.

In addition, Ajax Systems contributed to international exhibitions that communicate Ukraine's resilience during wartime. At World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, the company presented a battle-damaged siren – struck by a bullet yet still fully functional. Ajax Systems also supported the exhibition of My Body is a Battlefield, the symbolic sculpture that explores vulnerability and toughness in the face of war, in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Air Alert app: new milestones, features, and fundraising
The Air Alert app continues to enhance residents, tourists, and visitors' safety in Ukraine. Since its launch in early 2022, the app has been downloaded more than 46 million times and is actively used by over 6.6 million people as an essential risk awareness tool during the war time.

The app gets regular updates in response to evolving wartime needs. Among the latest features is the moment of silence — a daily alert and push notification inviting users to join Ukraine's nationwide commemoration at 9:00 a.m. It is meant to honor military personnel, volunteers, and civilians who lost their lives as a result of russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.
The Air Alert app also serves as a fundraising platform supporting defense and civic initiatives. In partnership with Ukrnafta, Ukraine's largest oil and gas producer, and PrivatBank, the country's largest bank, the app enables every user to join the effort to help the Ukrainian military. It has also supported the Come Back Alive campaign to strengthen protection against russian drone attacks. And in collaboration with the Angels Patronage Service, it contributed to initiatives aimed at rehabilitating wounded Ukrainian soldiers.
