TrackerAlarm is a GPS tracking service for transportation vehicles, boats, caravans, construction machinery, and other movable assets protected by Ajax systems. Thanks to a GPS unit installed alongside Ajax devices, it delivers real-time location data straight to Ajax apps, helping professionals make better-informed decisions and respond to incidents faster.

The integration with Ajax systems works through the TrackerAlarm web platform where users manage their fleets. Each movable asset is assigned a GPS unit that is then linked to a specific Ajax hub. Once the devices are connected, TrackerAlarm enables two-way exchange of GPS data and security events in the Ajax system. During incidents, however, users receive all the crucial data in one interface – in Ajax apps.

When an Ajax device is triggered, authorized users and monitoring companies receive two notifications in Ajax apps: the alarm itself and the asset’s current GPS location from TrackerAlarm, sent as a panic alarm. The same principle applies to manually triggered alarms. If users press Button Jeweller, DoubleButton Jeweller, or Ajax SpaceControl Jeweller that operates in Panic mode, monitoring companies receive their GPS coordinates to know precisely where help is needed.

TrackerAlarm also enables real-time GPS tracking of protected assets and even automated fleet supervision. Installers and end users can create geofences for each protected asset on the TrackerAlarm platform. They can define virtual boundaries that the asset should not cross, e.g., a region, depot, storage facility, or berth. When the GPS unit detects an asset leaving the restricted area, users receive a notification with its exact location in Ajax apps. This helps oversee large fleets without continuously checking their location.

By bringing GPS tracking into security workflows, the integration of TrackerAlarm and Ajax systems streamlines incident response, fleet monitoring, and day-to-day management of vehicles, machinery, and other movable assets.
