About the product

Helper Guard is a standalone, portable security pod specifically designed to protect remote sites, hard-to-reach locations, and isolated areas where traditional security systems are not applicable. It is particularly effective for farms and summer residences where access to the electrical grid is limited or unavailable. Additionally, the pod is ideal for businesses needing security at temporary sites, such as construction or storage facilities.

The pod is equipped with the Hub 2 Plus Jeweller control panel, powered by a 30 A·h LiFePO4 battery via 12-24V PSU (type A). The battery is charged by three 12 V⎓ 30 W solar panels with an MPPT controller, ensuring autonomy even during extended periods without sunlight. Such a configuration enables the pod to operate for up to 15 days in low-charge conditions without degrading the battery’s capacity. Also, the hub has two slots for SIM cards (2G/3G/LTE), ensuring reliable cellular network connection for instant notifications and remote system control via Ajax apps.

MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller detectors positioned on each tower’s side ensure 360° coverage. Each motion detector has a configurable detection range of up to 49 ft. Additionally, MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller has a built-in camera, so users can instantly receive a series of photos from the site in case of an alarm.

StreetSiren DoubleDeck Jeweller placed at the top of the pod. It alerts with a volume of up to 113 dB and uses bright LED indication to deter intruders.

DoorProtect Plus Jeweller protects the pod against sabotage. If someone tries to damage or relocate the pod, the system immediately activates the siren and sends an alarm to users and the security company.

Each HelperGuard pod has the Ajax SpaceControl Jeweller wireless key fob to control the system. It helps to switch security modes and features a panic button.

The pod is customizable. If there is insufficient direct sunlight for the solar panels, the mount with motion detectors can be easily detached from the solar stand and relocated to an auxiliary stand. MotionCam Outdoor Jeweller can be changed to any Ajax motion detector or video camera if needed.
