Ajax mobile and desktop apps simplify the setup, testing, and management of motion detectors. The apps offer system visibility with event logs, device statuses, and remote configuration. In case of alarms or events, an Ajax system notifies security companies and users, providing device, time, and location details for quick assessment. Visual evidence from camera-equipped detectors is also available in the apps and is used for photo verification.

With advanced software algorithms and future-proof hardware, Ajax motion detectors ensure high reliability. They perform automatic self-diagnosis and continuously monitor critical parameters, including tamper, communication, power supply, and sensor statuses¹. The secure Jeweller and Fibra proprietary protocols provide two-way encrypted communication between devices and the hub. The protocols support device authentication on every session with the hub to prevent sabotage, spoofing, and data theft.
Depending on the detector, the system can notify users and CMS about the masking.
